The one person’s recognition, and permission, that we most need is our own. And, someone to witness it. When another fully sees us–not just our hides, but our depths, the vibrant presence under the debris, the luster, comes back, the lights come on, vibrancy is restored.
Hope is a gorgeous animal that takes individual form within each person. EVERYONE has this juice in them, this electricity, this elasticity to renew, to heal and reveal.

Indigo credits complex family relationships–including pets and the natural world, closely tended friendships, rich mentoring in the written and spoken word, and her mother’s intuitive love of story, with honing her listening, speaking, and writing skills–and growing her capacity for deep presence, sitting with polarities, and regarding uncertainty with curiosity.
She is a certified Narrative Coach, has served as an inspirational speaker and as a natural and cultural history tour guide. Exploring the interactive intelligence of narrative, nature, and creative expression is a continuing passion for Indigo.
